Spend the day with legend in Motocross Mike Treadwell, and  Professional Motocross racer/owner of MXU James Manni. We will dive deep into a unique and proven fundamental based curriculum while shedding light on other extremely important elements of riding such as timing, braking, and vision.

8:45am- Riders Meeting

9:00am-15 minute free practice Group A

9:15am- 15 minute free practice Group B

9:30am- Attack position seminar

10:00am- On track drill- Timing our movements

10:20am- Seated position seminar

11:00am- Lunch

11:30am- fundamental work in corners

1:00pm- Braking

2:30pm- Fundamental work on jumps

3:15 pm- Starts

4:00 pm Q/A with individualized Debreif/ Freeride
