9:15am- Arrival
9:45am- Riders Meeting
10:00am-15 minute free practice
10:20am- Attack position seminar
10:40am- Attack position drill
11:00am- Seated Position Seminar
11:20am- Starts
12:00pm- Lunch
12:30pm- fundamental work in corners
2:00pm- Rotation of groups
3:30pm- Jumping
4:00pm- Debreif/free ride at tracks discretion.
